We will explore the different types of communities typically seen in Georgia and how and what property rights are purchased and sold in each type of community. We will examine specific provisions of the Georgia Association of REALTORĀ® forms that address community association fees paid at closing by buyers or sellers and disclosures of such amounts. Finally, we will address FHA certification for condominiums and insurance requirements for community associations and owners purchasing and living in such communities.
