| 6 | Ethics | 79251 | NAR Ethics Review For The Real Estate Professional | The attending Real Estate professional will learn about the history of The National Association of Realtors and how their code of ethics was adopted and why. We will also review discuss NRAs code of ethics and how it plays/should play a major role in their everyday interactions with clients and the general public. We will review and identify everyday unethical practices in Real Estate and discuss possible ramifications on both clients and employers. The attendees will learn about the differences between Morals and Ethics and their influencers.
Attending professionals will also learn about 8 forms of ethics/theory to determine which form best describes their way of thinking, when ethical decisions need to be made. The attending professional will also participate in class participation ethical problem-solving situations discussions. (This course provides both Real Estate Licensee CE credit and Real Estate Instructor CE credit.) |
