| ABR | Michelle Pettway is a licensed REALTOR®, Associate Broker and Team Leader of her Team Office, Michelle Pettway and Associates, PalmerHouse Properties. Prior to getting her license Michelle worked as a Property Manager, managing two apartment complexes in Doraville, GA with over 500 units and as a Rehab Supervisor for an apartment complex in Stone Mountain, GA.
In 2001, she earned her Real Estate License from GAMLS. Michelle worked for Keller Williams for 12 years and in 2008 began teaching Short Sales to agents. In 2010, she became a Certified Market Center Trainer for Keller Williams University after completing the Train The Trainer Program. In 2012, Michelle earned her Instructor's License from The Georgia Real Estate Commission and began teaching Salesperson Pre Commission and began teaching Salesperson Pre License, Post License and CE courses. Also, in 2012, she opened a real estate school, Real Estate Systems Training Institute, where she currently Instructs Salesperson Pre License, Broker Pre License and CE Courses. Her school offers Online Pre License Courses in 17 states and she writes many of her Continuing Education Curriculums.
Michelle is a member of the DeKalb Association of REALTORS® where she has served on the Board of Directors and as President for the DeKalb Network of the Women's Council of REALTORS®. In 2014, she received the Entrepreneur of the Year Award from the DeKalb Chapter of WCR. To stay sharp she often takes classes from other instructors, attends semi-annual school meetings, travels to Real Estate Conventions throughout the US and is a member of Georgia Real Estate Educators Association. |
