| | Originally licensed in the State of New York in 1986, Carolyn Roan has been an active REALTOR® with Dalton’s Coldwell Banker Kinard Realty since 1991. She is an Associate Broker at her firm and has earned her ABR, CRS, and GRI designations. Carolyn was this year’s GAR Forms Committee Chairperson.
Carolyn’s resume includes serving on GAR’s A&O committee in 2018-2019, GAR Region 1 Director in 2016-2017, and involvement on various GAR committees during that time. On the local level, Carolyn served as the Carpet Capital Association of REALTORS® President in 2014, has held the post of Treasurer since 2016, and has previously been CCAR’s REALTOR® of the Year. She is a firm believer and invests in RPAC.
In Dalton, Carolyn has served on various community and charity boards. Her current involvement includes the United Way of NW Georgia and Dalton’s Historic Preservation Commission, of which she is also past Chairperson. She sings in her church choir and plays handbells. Carolyn is a Graduate of Leadership Dalton-Whitfield and GAR’s Leadership Academy. |
