| | Vickie S. Rogers is a 1992 Graduate of REALTOR® Institute. She has been a licensed broker in Mississippi, Florida, and Georgia. After a very successful career in listing and selling residential properties where she qualified for Lifetime Membership in the Million Dollar Club, and earning many designations, Vickie decided to give back by mentoring other agents. Mentoring lead to the desire to teach. She first taught pre-licensing courses for the Graduate REALTOR® Institute for Mississippi; then she started teaching courses for the Florida Association of REALTORS® which included topics like Personal Promotion, New Construction, and Environmental Issues.
Going Green: How it Makes $ense! was her first course to develop and teach, then she attended the inaugural class for instructors for NAR’s GREEN designation course. She has worked with Dearborn Education to proof online real estate courses for other states. Vickie moved to Georgia in 2007 and began teaching for the Georgia Association of REALTORS®. She has written several courses for real estate schools in Georgia as well as written and taught courses for other REALTOR® boards.
Code of Ethics, License Law, and Federal Fair Housing are her favorite subjects. They all weave the same story, compliance! Compliance is an integral part for staying in business. Your license gives you the right to sell anything and everything in the great State of Georgia, but doing one thing well makes the difference in average and exceptional!
Vickie’s interactive courses use real case studies for you to learn from. Education is necessary, but it doesn’t have to be boring!
