vsr0917@gmail.com  Vickie S. Rogers, a lifelong learner who loves to share what she knows, earned the prestigious REEA Distinguished Real Estate Instructor (DREI) designation in 2024. She was awarded the national Real Estate Educators Association (REEA) 2023 Educator of the Year and the Georgia Real Estate Educators Association (GREEA) 2022 Educator of the Year. She is a 1992 Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute. She has been a licensed broker/owner in Mississippi, Florida, and Georgia. Her passion is teaching and helping others become successful in the real estate industry. With over 30+ years of real estate experience and 25+ years of teaching Vickie’s classes are interactive and engaging. Come to learn and leave to excel! Currently Vickie is a DREI, REALTOR®, GRI, broker/owner, Licensed Pre-license Instructor, GAR-PIE instructor, Georgia Instructor Training Instructor, Post-License Instructor, CE Instructor, Content Creator for Broker only CE courses and Instructor CE courses, Author, Editor, and tutor. She serves on the GREEA board, Professional Standards for GAR, and the Awards Committee for REEA. Previously she served on the REEA Education committee and taught designation courses for NAR as well as teaching for the both the Mississippi and Florida Association of REALTORS® GRI programs. Education is necessary, but it doesn’t have to be boring! Her favorite topics are Fair Housing, Code of Ethics and License Law. Why? Because they all teach compliance. She has worked with Dearborn Education to proof online real estate courses for other states. Vickie moved to Georgia in 2007 and began teaching for the Georgia Association of REALTORS®. She has written several courses for real estate schools in Georgia as well as written and taught courses for other REALTOR® boards. Code of Ethics, License Law, and Federal Fair Housing are her favorite subjects. They all weave the same story, compliance! Compliance is an integral part for staying in business. Your license gives you the right to sell anything and everything in the great State of Georgia, but doing one thing well makes the difference in average and exceptional!
