| CNE, CDPE, e-PRO, MRP, CNE, LMC, GDEC | Nick Propps is President of Statesboro Properties and Southern Properties Real Estate Team LLC based out of Statesboro Georgia. He has a passion for helping others and has been a speaker and has been teaching business and in-house real estate classes for more than 20 years. He began his career in real estate at the age of 16 while working as a Property Manager and in-house leasing agent in the Washington DC area where he obtained his real estate license in 1994. He has sold and leased residential and commercial properties of all types over the past 25 years and has represented small and large organizations including Government Agencies, developers and Fortune 500 Companies.
Nick was appointed to serve on the City of Statesboro Planning Commission and on the Downtown Statesboro Development Authority where he helped the City of Statesboro revitalize the downtown area and was named a Downtown Visionary for his successful repositioning of numerous downtown properties. He has served on GAR’s Grievance Committee hearing REALTOR® cases and served on the Statesboro Board of Realtors Political Action Committee. He has also presented his local board’s Orientation Class to new agents. He is a graduate of the Georgia Department of Economic Development Class of 2012 and Leadership Bulloch Class of 2011. The Statesboro Herald named Nick as one of Statesboro’s Top 20 under 40 and also selected him to receive the highly regarded Deen Day Smith Service To Mankind Award as a result of his dedication to community service. He is a 1998 graduate of Georgia Southern University with a BBA Degree in Finance and Real Estate. He has also previously served the community as a Police Officer.
