Carmen is experienced in all realms of the Real Estate Business and has assisted client's in purchasing and selling vacant land, lakefront, residential, commercial, investment properties, as well as Property Management for Commercial and Residential Investment properties.
Carmen is a certified instructor for the Georgia Association of Realtors - Partners In Education, National Association of Home Builders, National Association of Realtors - Center for Real Estate Development and Real Estate Business Institute.
In 2021, the Georgia Real Estate Educators Association recognized Carmen with their “Rising Star” award.
Carmen holds the Military Relocation Professional Certification, Pricing Strategy Advisor, REALTORS Commitment to Excellence Endorsement, Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource and e-Pro Certifications.
