She serves on the Board of Directors for Georgia Real Estate Educators Association (GREEA), where she is Chair of GREEA’s Events Committee: Mid-Year Instructors Symposium. Cheryl is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), Georgia Association of REALTORS®, and Dekalb Association of REALTORS®. She is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB®), and she is a recipient of the 2021 National Emerging Leaders Award.
Cheryl has earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. With 25+ years of leadership training and development expertise, excellent skills and experience in adult classroom instruction, mentoring, and coaching, she designs, develops, and conducts motivational and leadership seminars, retreats, conferences, and symposiums. Cheryl has a zeal to empower people to realize and maximize their highest potential both professionally and personally.
Cheryl is a certified member of The John Maxwell Team of Executive Leaders, Coaches, Teachers, and Speakers; a Certified Human Behavior Trainer; and a Certified Facilitator of Stephen Covey's "Seven Habits of Highly Effective People." With the At Home with Diversity® Certification of NAR, Cheryl is a real estate professional with expertise that transcends cultural barriers. Additionally, she has certifications and designations as Certified New Home Sales Professional – CSP, Cartus Network Affinity Specialist – CNAS; Buyer Specialist – CNBS; and Marketing Specialist – CNMS.
