Demetria Hines, your favorite Real Estate BFF, has over 12 years experience consulting in the professional real estate industry. She is a graduate of Alabama State University where, not only did she pledge Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. but also obtained her B.S. in Elementary Education graduating with honors.
Shortly thereafter, Demetria obtained her Master of Arts degree in Instruction in only 12 months from Central Michigan University. From there Demetria combined her years of education and youthful passion to serve as a dedicated school teacher for the greater Metropolitan Atlanta area for more than 4 years.
Currently, Demetria is an Associate Broker at PalmerHouse Properties, a part-time instructor for York Real Estate Institute and a freelance social media manager; establishing clear and trusted communication with all my clients and potential clients. I am your one stop shop when it comes to small business solutions, social media marketing and real estate.
While having left the classroom many years ago, her passion for education and instruction have never left her; whether it is providing high quality service and home buyer education or stellar instruction with continuing education for licensed real estate agents.
