30 years as an agent, associate broker, managing broker, real property appraiser,
Michigan Property Tax Assessor, and educator. She currently owns a real estate
brokerage firm in Savannah, Georgia. Velore holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance
and Management, DePaul University, Chicago, Illinois and has 15-plus real estate
related licenses, designations, and certifications.
She has served as Scholarship Chair, Education Chair, President-Elect, and
President of Women’s Council of REALTORS® Savannah, Treasurer of Woman’s
Council of REALTORS® Georgia. From 2018 through 2021 Velore was a member of
Georgia Association of REALTORS® Professional Development and Forms
committees. She currently serves as a director for Savannah Area REALTORS®,
Georgia Association of REALTORS® Leadership Advisory Group, and Housing
Opportunity and Diversity Committee.
Additionally, Velore holds the Real Estate Educators Association (REEA) Gold
Standard Instructor (GSI) certification and is a candidate for the REEA Distinguished
Real Estate Instructor (DREI) designation. She has also earned the Certified
Distance Education Instructor (CDEI®). Her teaching experience includes being a
Certified National Instructor with The Real Estate Negotiation Institute, an
instructor with Real Estate Career and Development Center in Savannah, GA since
2017, Georgia pre-license instructor with Colibri Group, and
owner/director/instructor for Atlantic Real Estate Institute, LLC. |
