| | Jana Paterson is a Georgia-licensed attorney who lives in Decatur, Georgia. Graduating from Georgia State University College of Law in 2008, Ms. Paterson has spent her career focused on real estate and tax, finding special interest in the intersection of the two. Ms. Paterson has worked in many facets of the real-estate industry, from many years of residential real estate closings to managing evictions for a large, national client. She currently works in a tax controversy practice where she finds great satisfaction in helping clients manage the overwhelming stress of taxation issues.
When not working, Ms. Paterson enjoys gardening, hiking, and reading. She is active in animal welfare; she often opens her home to foster pets, and helps run a small non-profit organization that provides funding for spay and neuter surgeries for community cats. Ms. Paterson enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially on a warm afternoon on a shady patio. |
