| | Terry has been helping clients buy, sell and invest in real estate, and land, for over
30 years. He holds a BA from the University of South Florida, and a Master of Divinity degree from Reformed Theological Seminary. Terry helped start, grow, and pastor a church, to a large attendance, multiple staff and campus in Athens
Georgia.
He received his real estate license in October 1993, and broker's license in 1996.Terry was New Face of The Year in 1994, A Life Member Million Dollar Club, Phoenix Award, Platinum Award among others. Terry has been a partner and broker owner
of his own company, and recently a managing broker of a large real estate company. Terry also enjoys teaching classes and partnering with agents to list and sell land, commercial, and luxury real estate. He has listed and sold 1000's of acres
of land, and currently lists and markets land for clients in Georgia and South Carolina. Terry developed Land 101 as a practical approach to the land business.
Terry and his wife, Joan, share 7 children, 14 grandchildren and two dogs, Annabel
