She started my Real Estate industry in Illinois and expanded her territory by securing her license in Indiana. She worked for two leading Real Estate companies and two smaller companies during her time in Illinois. She has closed single family, multifamily, and commercial properties, while also working on short sales, REO, and traditional sales. She has also managed an extensive portfolio of REO properties for various banks. She has performed numerous BPOs, rentals, and CMAs.
Felicia has managed a team of four realtors where they were top sales for several months. She has also had a career in education. She taught for a large Atlanta area school district and taught a variety of subjects in the general education and special education academic setting. Felicia prides herself in being a teacher that works to meet the needs of each individual student as needed. Education requires a varied approach to provide the rigor in the content to make sure each student is acceptable.
