| | Chris has been both a licensed Mortgage Broker and Real Estate Agent in the state of
Georgia. He is a member of the Georgia Real Estate Educators Association as well as
founder and director of The Real Estate CRM School - a first of its kind state-licensed
real estate school specializing in technology-based courses. He is also a technology
analyst, strategic consultant, writer, speaker, podcaster, and Youtuber, with extensive
insight and expertise in Real Estate Technology.
Chris began his journey into Martech (marketing technology) in 2015, automating multi-
step, multimedia workflows to reach prospective customers, resulting in a massive
windfall for his business. After experiencing this success, he invested his efforts into
learning as much as he could about the Martech industry. This ultimately led him to
develop a framework for helping other small business owners and entrepreneurs with
