| AHWD, CIPS, ePro, CRB, CRS, PSA, SFR, C2EX | My career reflects an intentional integration of professional leadership and civic responsibility. As Managing Broker for Keller Williams West Atlanta and Owner of Best Real Estate Academy, I lead, educate, and mentor real estate professionals with a focus on ethical practice, compliance, and professional excellence. I have developed and delivered pre-license, post-license, broker pre-license, and continuing education programs approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission, with particular emphasis on fair housing, broker accountability, and consumer protection. Through this work, I influence not only individual careers but also the standards and culture of the real estate profession.
Equally important is my long-term commitment to community service. For more than 20 years, I have volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, leading volunteer teams in home construction and providing homebuyer education for first-time buyers. These efforts are rooted in a belief that stable housing is foundational to economic mobility, family stability, and community health. In addition, I have served for over 30 years as a deacon and leader at Jackson Memorial Baptist Church, where I have supported ministry leadership, mentored members, and helped guide community-focused initiatives grounded in service and stewardship.
My leadership also extends into advocacy and public policy. I have served in numerous leadership roles within local, state, and national REALTOR® organizations, including as a Federal Political Coordinator for a U.S. Congressman. These roles have allowed me to engage at the intersection of business, government, and community, advocating for policies that expand housing access, promote fairness, and protect consumers.
I have been honored with several recognitions that reflect both professional excellence and community impact, including induction into the RISMedia Hall of Fame, the Georgia Real Estate Educator Association Distinguished Career Award, the E.A. Isakson Leadership Award, and recognition as a NAR Fair Housing Champion.
Collectively, these experiences reflect a leadership approach grounded in integrity, accountability, collaboration, and service. My goal has always been to lead in ways that strengthen systems, empower individuals, and leave communities better positioned for long-term success. This supplemental information is offered to further demonstrate my readiness to contribute meaningfully to Leadership Atlanta and to continue serving the region with purpose and impact. |
