She is also the founder of Waters Way Consulting, where she develops training programs and provides coaching designed to elevate professionalism and performance within the real estate industry.
Janet began her career as a sales agent, building her business through disciplined practice, preparation, and a structured approach to serving clients. Her commitment to process and professionalism led to opportunities in training and leadership, where she has since coached and developed new agents through their first two years in the business. Under her guidance, agents have achieved significantly higher retention and performance levels than industry averages.
