It didn’t take long for her to realize the earning potential was much greater in real estate and that the only boundaries were the ones you set for yourself. Carol believes education is extremely important no matter what your field of expertise is and, because teaching still in her blood, she became an instructor for NAR, GAR and local boards. Carol is a CRS and also holds designations and certifications in Short Sales and Foreclosures, Seller Representation, Accredited Buyer Representation, GREEN, Broker Price Opinion, e-PRO®. He has been involved in the Georgia Dream program, in which he works with future homeowners, and also with Fort Gordon, helping with home ownership and maintenance. Robert started managing rentals for others in 1980 out of his basement as Crown Management Corporation and over 10,000 tenants have rented from Crown since then.
